Wonder Man Stan

So I thought I would blog real quick while my boy is out on his motorbike, I have a feeling it's gunna be a long one! I just had a nap so I'm feeling quite peachy....but the fact that I just woke up is making my typing very slow hahaha. I thought I should finally post the pictures from Pitt Rivers as well as some work I did today....then I think I'll rant a bit.
Here goes...
So the Pitt Rivers was awesome helpful. I took loads of awesome picture and it just generally made me more clear on ideas and stuff for the FMP.

The other day I found some fingers in a box at college. (I should probably say that they are WAX fingers not real fingers, don't be alarmed children...) and imedately I was like waaajjj no way theyre creepy!! haha. So decided to use them in a jar that Jacques stole me on the weekend....I did this today... and the first time I tried it, most of the fingers came loose and floated up to the top. =] so on the second attempt it was all gravy... I think I'm gunna colour the water to make them look more real,... then stick a label on it =D

So yeah, I dunno if it looks lame... or if it actually looks quite cool...

This weekend is gunna be so full on. On friday its Erika's birthday and were going out for dinner to some greek place on the Cowley Rd. Saturday I have a full day of work then Rupert and I are driving up to London for Orchid's birthday party. It's commensing in the basement of her halls hahahaha and the theme is "Across the Pond" so all the Americans have to dress English and vice versa, me and the boy have an awesome plan....were going as a famous female American duo.... I would say who.... but Orchid will probably read this and I want it to be a surprise =]

So now I guess it's time for the rant...

I just got reminded of how jelous I am. Fuck man, like seriously. Although I would never ever show it... Or ever treat anyone differently because of it. Pah! Basically I know this girl... I've been out with her a few times and she has the hair I want....the tattoos I want.... she has her own fucking flat with her boyfriend and she has an awesome job.... and shes my age... jeeeeze. Mainly I just want her tattoos. Because they're beautiful. BEAUTIFUL. She can only afford them because her fam is minted tho. If I had the dolla then I would totes have awesome tattoos too. But they're so expensive. I've finally decided on 2 tattoos... One is an anchor.... quite a big one... classic design... on my thigh/leg. And the other one will be a lock and key on my foot... then something on my neck and I want some writing on my arm too. Tomorrow I'm going to go book my leg one. It's decided. It's happening.

I tried to perform a tragus piercing on myself..... pah! It just went wrong. I was so psyched. I had the needle and the piercing and all the shit ready and I pushed the needle in and I heard the skin pop..... normal... just like on you ear lobe... but then it started to crunch... and I was like fuck this shit. and completely bailed haha. I told Rupert when he got home and he was like... are you kidding? you're an idiot. Don't ever try that again. hahaha but I went to tiger lilly and found out how much it would really be .....£30. THIRTY POUNDS.

Pah! I don't think so.

Anyways, I think were off to see Four Lions tonight. I want to go to the new Thai place on the Cowley Rd too though and I can't decide which I want more... boy says its ok to do both but I feel bad making him spend lots of monies. Although it is 2 4 1 @ Pizza Express tonight....... Oooooo the choices....

I would write more but blogger is freezing up on me and its damn annoying.

I took a picture of Dimiri! hahahaha. He came into work and I gave him his bread and his change, and then I said I was doing an art project and 'could I please take a picture of you' He was like of course!!! and then did a little pose then he was all flattered and he left =] hah. the only trouble is is that I didnt have a camera so I took it on my blackberry, and I was really embarassed.....so I did it quickly and its slightly blurred. But I don't know how to get it off my BB and onto the laptop.......wah! Im going to take a picture of the picture...

Ah! he's so cool! thisssss is my scientist! yay!!

On friday Rupert and I were walking down the street and this little korean girl stopped us and asked if she could take pitcures of us for ...internal fashion magazing...... in korea? I have no idea. I didnt really understand, she had such a thick accent. anyway, she took pictures of my lepoard print fur coat and my red hair, and my bag and my NEW scorpion in resen pendant annnnd the paper clip in my ear,....ahaha she was so surprised that it was an actual paperclip hah. Anyway, she asked me questions and stuff and wrote everything down with her micky mouse pen..... and then she did the same to Rupert. But she thought that his motorbike helmet was a fashion accessory! she goes ' he wears this for fashion yes?' and I was like no! hhahahaha thats his helmet.....and then she said it was like a handbag. bless her. haha.

At the pub yesterday Jacques stole me a jar that is perfect for my project!!!! It's huge =] ...Thank you Jacques!

So today I have so much to do and tomorrow is crit day. Which is just a big LOL. As I have NO work to show.I dont understand how I can produce worksheets untill I've done all my work! I mean, thats what works for me..... oh well.

I just saw a stop frame anamation. It was an e4 bumper and it was soooo cool! meh.

I'm going to go and make a bacon sandwich....

So today I was so fuckin stoked about going to the huntarian museum. Then I googled it and turns out... It's in bloody scotland. FAIL. I totally want to go there!!!!!!!! (I may pull a strop about it) It has loads of weird specimen jars. Perfect for my project!! I duno if I mentioned but I'm gunna make some specimens out of latex then float them in jars and MAYYYBE even put lights in them?if thats possible. So excited about it but I need to do my goddam research first! I need to get some animal bones too.
While in the pub last night I decided to go to PittRivers with lucy k and tasha. Hopefully, maybe, they have specimen jars too. Actually, I think I've heard of a specimin jar with a thorn impaled slug on it... its good enough. lol.
I also need to go to the model shop in the don today.... I've never heard of it before but aparently they sell mini furniture for dolls houses..... I need to make a scale model of my installation, and if they aren't open I can't do any work this weekend. Ok so I just googled it and there are 3...one in thame, headington and abingdon. They are all closed on saturday and sunday. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
HOW ANNOYING.

There's a guy who comes into work every saturday and hes about ..70/80? He has traveled the world and had such an interesting life and he is called Demitri. I adore him. And I think he may actually be the fictitious character in my project. He has really baggy eyes and a bald head, a short, portly man with a big white beard that goes down to his belly. Hes so cool. And he told me I was his favorite hahhaa.
Here is a doodle I just did on the back of a slide list in a lecture. Maybe you can get a better picture of him.

Ok, so like this, but I've drawn him too young... He's even older. and a bit fatter. KK?

Anyway time for me to go, maybe I'll go to the science museum! yeah yeah!
